One of my first twinks, originally made to see how low I could get on GTA and an Energy scythe. Since then upgraded to Frost Scythe, Self buffed (with Challenger) at 75% the Frosty hits for 305's and 329 with Bust Kneecaps running. Needed LE research and QL50 OFAB gloves to get the Frosty on. He has implants from 75ish to some 94's. He also has 4x belt, Crypt collar, Mostly QL 35ish Omni Life Guard Armor. Gets better ACs than OFAB at this particular level. Better than QL 25 OFAB and QL50 would be too OE to be much better either :). Fun twink but Scythe is too slow for pvp really.
